Infection: Please see your physician, and if you have a change in vision, dizziness or severe headache, please see the emergency department. Infections including viral and bacterial infection may cause your symptoms. If there is a fever, reduce the fever with Tylenol or Motrin. Drink fluids, use nasal saline rinses and cool air mist.
