Tricky: without an exam, I can only give general information and I cannot say in your particular case, but generally, changes in the level of consciousness, nausea, vomiting, persistant headache stroke signs are definitely VEWRY BAD SIGNS needing immmediate attention. But I cannot rule out her needing immediate attention
