HIV treatment: With treatment, people with HIV now can remain healthy and have normal life spans. You’ll need to get care with a doctor or clinic with experience in HIV treatment. Until you are taking effective treatment, you need to not put other persons at risk, especially no sex (even with condoms) unless you know your partner also has HIV. If you have a regular partner, s/he needs to be tested. Good luck!
