Normal diet: Foods are not the issue with computer use. The principal issue is dryness. Computers are in dry atmospheres. The blink rate goes down and the eyes can dry more easily - especially if they are dry to begin with or are close to that. Keep a bottle of lubricating eye drops at hand and the symptoms can be blur, headaches, eye redness, irritation, neck strain, etc. For any try the drops.
