I discovered i had 2 +-8cm fibroids . i also had a copper loop fitted after my lo birth. i get constant spotting all day everyday. should i be concerned and seek medical help as i do not feel any pain or discomfort?

Fibroid ?'s: With "two 8 cm fibroids" with "spotting all day, everyday" either removal of the fibroids surgically or with embolization to decrease their size might be indicated. Lowering the estrogen in your cycle with oral bcp's is another way to minimize the growth and effect of large fibroids as ovarian estrogen is stopped. Your gyn physician can provide guidance.
