Gynecologist: Consult a gynecologist as soon as possible to examine this lump. It may be a benign cyst that has become inflamed or infected. In the meantime apply warm,moist complexes and try not to irritate the urethra. You may take Tylenol as needed for pain relief. I'm concerned about the associated pain behind the public bone.
