I think my wife has mastitis. very sore breast. feels very cold but temperature at 37.7. nauseous. took 2 nurofen about 45 minutes ago. some relief from expressing and heat compress. anything else we can do, and when is it a good idea to see a doctor?

Mastitis: At this time you've done what you could, but I feel that her gynecologist or breast surgeon should evaluate and treat your wife, especially if there's associated redness and warmth of the breast. This is not just some hormonal imbalance causing one breast to be congested.
