A Fib: Don't jump to conclusions and worry yourself. "0.5% of people under 40 years of age suffer from AF" per https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4398952/. If you are concerned get it checked out. However, palpitations are very common with anxiety & panic attacks.
