How common is it for someone with wolff parkinson white syndrome to develop atrial fibrillation?

Atrial fibrillation: Atrial fibrillation is one of the most serious complications of WPW. While it isn't very common with WPW, it can be serious when it does happen with WPW. Some studies have quoted 20% incidence but this is in the group that presented with tachycardia. The whole population of WPW patients is larger than that so the real incidence is likely much lower.
