Very embarrassing for me as i am a very private person. i have had a rash on my penis that is not healing. my wife and i do . i am not circumcised. i get a burning sensation when the area is exposed to open air. can you advise an ointment i can use.

Balanitis?: Balanitis is inflammation of the penis head and under the foreskin. Often yeast or bacterial infection, or "nonspecific" due to suboptimal hygiene. You could try retracting the foreskin and washing with soap and water 2-3 times a day, or an anti-yeast cream, easily available in pharmacies. For sure see a doctor if these don't help.
