Nonspecific: Your symptoms are nonspecific, but if you've had them only for a day or so, I would suspect an early viral infection which has not yet localized to the upper respiratory tract or gastrointestinal tract. At this time I recommend resting, drinking adequate fluids and taking Tylenol to relieve muscle aches and headache. If symptoms have been present for days, see your MD for an examination.
