Not really, however: It depends on the dose / dosage form , regular vs ER form, at any rate, you may want to skip the next dose, have a measure of your blood pressure and pulse, if low, call or see your doctor. Keep a simple diary in the future of the meds you take on regular basis, wish you wellness
