Urethral discharge: Urethral discharge usually is due to urethritis, and the main causes are STIs -- gonorrhea, chlamydia, or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). However, occurrence only with urination (or bowel movements) sometimes occurs in healthy men, with semen or prostate fluids being squeezed out by muscle action. The safe thing is to see a doctor or clinic, which should include STI testing. Good luck!
