I've had a small, almost undetectable cyst on my arm for practically all my life, & was told by a doc when i was small that it was nothing to worry about. however, i have been experiencing some on & off pain & soreness for a couple of days. help?

Have it evaluated: The description is too vague to begin understanding what it is. If the item has changed & now produces discomfort that interferes with your daily activities have it examined again. Removal may be necessary.
