Need doctor to check: Right abdominal pain can be from many things. For lower right, appendicitis is always a concern (pain can worsens over time, with fever coming on). If one had been constipated a while, stool may have backed up to the right side, causing pain. Liver or gall bladder problems can cause right abdomen pains. Problems with a hernia, kidney, back muscle, or testicle can cause pain too. Doctor can check.
