Maybe (not) . . .: If you report loss of libido & energy despite Androgel (testosterone replacement therapy), I'd recommend checking your T level & compare to previous while you had plenty of libido & energy. You should also check metabolites (breakdown products) such as DHT & Estradiol. Too much of latter can counteract T benefits. Clomiphene won't necessarily improve libido & energy as it's just an alternative TRT
