Breast pain: There may be marked breast congestion due to hormonal changes or it may occur monthly around period time. Both breasts usually are then involved. The absence of marked tenderness,redness and warmth is a good sign signifying the absence of mastitis(infection). If symptoms persist see your gynecologist for evaluation and treatment. Make sure you wear a bra that fits well.
