My 3 week old baby seem to be colicky. how do i help him and can i give him panado for pain. he feeds well and wets diapers. ?

Unexplained crying: By definition it is not due to illness or defect.Frequency peaks @ 6wks. Often attributed to tummy pain there is no proof, though many get gassy if they cry that much.It often disappears as baby begins to roll over & entertain themself. There is no evidence that any treatment alters the pattern.People do what they can, then put on the ear phones & take a break. Thankfully it will pass.
