A member asked:

I had a total hysterectomy in march last year and a biopsy about 6 weeks ago. last night i started spotting. what could it be? what should i do?

Biopsy of what?: You don't say exactly what site had the biopsy making it difficult to answer your question. Spotting post hysterectomy could be granulation tissue bleeding from the vaginal cuff site where the cervix was removed. Your GYN MD can visualize this area and can biopsy and/or cauterize it to eliminate the bleeding
