Insecticide: Raid and other insecticides would not be allowed to be sold if they were so dangerous. You don't want a large exposure (don't drink a can of the stuff!), but exposures with proper use are safe. Getting some on your skin isn't a significant health risk, no matter how long it stays. There are theroetical risks such chemicals could have long term health risks (e.g. cancer), but any such risk is low.

Skin is a barrier: Such an exposure has more risk if you inhale the fumes or suck it off your fingers. The skin as hundreds of cell layers thick & penetration of such an exposure is negligible. It does not enter your bloodstream & become toxic to you. When such exposures are likely wear long sleeves & learn to remove clothing without exposing yourself further.
