7 year old started on zoloft for anxiety. he is complaining of his heart beating fast and was tachycardic. should we stop the zoloft? he jist started. also having insomnia. does zoloft have cardiac affects that could be dangerous?

Call prescriber: If you are concerned it would be safe to stop the Zoloft and call his prescriber-cardiac effects are not common with Zoloft but it may be a specific effect for him.
