Possibly: a urine pregnancy test could be useful. If negative this is an ovulation irregularity, possibly from insulin resistance/polycstic ovarian syndrome. Testing could be useful.

Pregnancy test: If you had sex since your last period and the sex was about 3 weeks ago, you should do a home pregnancy test. . If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully.
