Check results, math: Mathematically speaking, it should not matter what or when a person eats, because her weight gain only depends on how many EXTRA calories she eats or drinks, above the number of calories she uses each day or each week. In reality, many people gain weight when they eat "healthy" foods and drink "healthy" drinks because they may still eat and drink more calories than needed to live. Count calories.

Wouldn't think so: People with true food intolerance get symptoms related to their digestive tract. Cramping/pain/ bloating/ diarrhea/ weight LOSS/etc. . If you are heavy it is because you consumed more calories than your body needs over a period of time. The natural body response is to store the excess as fat. Look into a low carb lifestyle. It may be what you need to move in a healthier direction.

Agree with Dr.K&F: It may help to keep a food diary and record every bite you eat and every sip you drink, for at least one week and then reduce your intake to half of what you were consuming.
