Six week pregnancy ?: A "brown discharge" is just bleeding which has oxidized. At six weeks of pregnancy, this may be due to sub-normal production of progesterone by the ovary. See your OB for an exam and both a serum quantitative HCG and a pelvic sonogram to determine the cause.
