A member asked:

I have been getting these headaches before i go to sleep for the last week and i've been taking paracetamol when i go to bed but it doesn't really seem to help and i'm not sure what has caused it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Doctor can examine: Most people have a headache at some time, such as from colds and flus, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on the computer, stress at school, etc... Several over-the-counter options include Tylenol, Motrin, Aleve, Excedrin, and their generic brands. A severe headache, recurrent or persistent headache, weird headache, or one with other worrisome symptoms should be checked by one's doctor.
