Lower abdominal pain (period pain), went to the doctor on day 5 who sent me for a pelvic ultrasound, there is 43ml fluid in my pod all else is normal, pain is getting worse but more in my stomach should i go back/finish my meds (10x200mg utrogestan)?

Pelvic pain : If your pelvic pain is not responding to the treatment offered by your doctor then you should follow up for a repeat evaluation.

Hi Doctors. I havent gotten my period since I had a surgical abortion in March & was on Yaz Plus after then switched to Triphasil. I still hadnt gotten my periods since so my Dr put me on Utrogestan but no period still. Could there be a reason?
