Hard to say : For sure you should clean the wound well & apply antibiotic ointment. The rest is based on data I don't have. Ferrell or domestic dog? Dog vaccinated against rabies? Any rabies in your region? This is info your local health entity/department would have more access to. They would also know where you could receive additional treatment if needed.
