I got hit by a swinging sign today and i have scratches on my leg the scratches are hurting how can i make the scratches stop stinging and hurting ?

Possible infection: Your description of your injury makes it seem that it may be more than a superficial scratch. You could have an infection which could spread further without proper treatment. You may also have some tissue &/or bone damage. I therefore suggest a visit to an Urgent Care Center or Emergency Room for an immediate exam.
