Irregular periods: reflect ovulation irregularity, as long as you are not pregnant. Evaluation and treatment can help you ovulate if you wish to be pregnant. I f you are not interested in pregnancy, birth control pills can regulate and help prevent unhealthy uterine lining development. Likely from insulin resistance/polycystic ovarian syndrome.
