Spots: Dark red spot on foot could infection (either bacterial, viral or fungal), conutison, phlebitis, vasculitis, viral exanthem or perhaps just a red mark. That a few possibilities. An online picture sent would be a great way to evaluate the rash is you feel you need it looked at closer.
