How precise is the ca-125 test for ovarian cancer?

Other conditions too: Ca25 test can be positive in many conditions pregnancy endometriosis uterine fibroids pancreatitis liver disease normal menstruation other malignancies like lung, breast.Pacreas and GI tract cysts of the ovaries so here you have it it is not a specific test for ovarian cancer, thogh it may be positive as well.
