Not unusual but:: Not sure if this can be called normal but it is a relatively common response to stress. Consider using stress reduction techniques. I advise everyone to meditate daily- even a few minutes can help. A good multivitamin with the L-5-methylofolate form of folate can help as can magnesium, esp. magnesium taurate, as can exercise and herbs like ashwagandha and holy basil (which is found in Tulsi tea).
