Antihistaminic: Rash its due priamrly to an anafilactic reaction; it has a lot of causes but a sure treatment for it to stop asap its the use of Zyrtec or Cetirizine HCL take 2 pills of 10 mgs each12 hours for 3 dyas; and i can guarantee that they will completely dessapear

Yeast : Friction and moisture around the genital region often leads to a yeast infection manifested by a red rash and, at times, itching. I find that the best treatment is a cream containing both an antiyeast component and a corticosteroid component. Mycolog has been effective in my experience. Avoid tight fitting jeans. Wear white cotton underwear.

Agree with Dr. C: The rash is likely to be due to fungal infection/jock itch. You may try over the counter jock itch medication. If that does not resolve the issue in a week or two, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
