Hi there, i've been using "pregnacare before conception" and now my monthly is 4 days late. i have a very regular cycle so as you can imagine i am concerned. i am definitely not pregnant. what do i do???

Pregnancy is a common cause of a missed period, if sexually active.

Hormonal imbalance : It is hormonal imbalance ,it happens sometimes ,you need to see your obgyn so she can do your bloodwork and also further evaluation

Hormonal imbalance: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.
