Health 101: Conception occurs at the moment of ovulation. Sperm, deposited before ovulation, are ready to meet the egg and impregnate it. Ovulation does not occur after conception because conception cannot occur without an egg.

Your numbers do not: make sense, You ovulate 14 days before your period not 1 week. And you cannot conceive before you ovulate. Have you had sex since your last period? Are you using birth control? If you miss your period do a pregnancy test, If you don't want to get pregnant get on birth control and use condoms as a back up measure.
