Im three weeks into my circumcision, everything but the frenulum is fully healed, there was a scab on it that snagged on my jeans, i cleaned the wound with soap and water, some antiseptic, applied merbromin and covered with a bandaid, am i ok?

Yes: If you are not having any significant bleeding, I believe the measures you are taking should suffice. If you do have bleeding, redness that is climbing up the shaft of the penis or fever notify your urologist.
