UTI diagnosis: There are low cost, over the counter test strips that can help diagnose UTI. If positive or if you otherwise strongly suspect you have a UTI, you need to see a doctor for conclusive diagnosis and treatment. Be aware that in women your age, STDs can cause similar symptoms as UTi; if sexually active, you may need testing for gonorrhea, chlamydia, etc.
