A month ago, i developed a boil/ abscess on my right armpit. i went to the doctor for an an incision and drainage treatment and he gave me antibiotics and completed the treatment. a week ago, i developed multiple abscesses again on the same armpit.

Possible reinfection: For several reasons, the commonest would be staph colonization, abnormal blood sugar, etc.. you need to see your doctor for re-evaluation, meanwhile, using antiseptic soap, cutting finger nails short, skin care etc.. would help, good luck
