I recently cleaned by ears using cotton swabs. after that i'm experiencing tinnitus. i'm not constantly exposed to loud noise, so i don't know what else could be the issue. please help?

No cotton swabs!: DON’T stick cotton swabs or other objects in the ear; they can cause injury and push wax farther into the ear canal. Tinnitus may be a consequence of injury. Visit your primary care doctor to get your ear canals checked!
