Hi i got my blood report. i am really concerned about my mchc is 30.60 and rdw is 16.30 and my platelet count is 138. is this is serious condition?

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, these values per se are not a cause concern. It would have helped to have the complete report.
