Which one: Food allergies can cause a range of symptoms from hives to those of throat tightness/difficulty breathing associated with anaphylaxis. Celiac disease is often called gluten intolerance or allergy but it is a condition more like rheumatoid arthritis because symptoms involve the immune system & tissue injury, mostly below the level of the stomach. Hard to answer without clarification
