Breast mass ?'s: At 30, unless you have a family history in a prime female relative (sister, mother, grandmother ) with breast cancer, a breast mass is most probably benign. See your gyn physician for an exam, and if this is concerning, he/she will order a digital mammogram and/or ultrasound to be certain.
