I'm 21 yrs old. in dec 2012 i had a lump, it was cystic fibrosis i've gotten another lump in my right breast, different spot but i have pain&tenderness now. i've also started lifting. should i worry?

Possibly: If you are a man, are you taking testosterone which is aromatized to Estradiol and can cause breast lumps in men. If not taking testosterone, you need to see a doctor for physical examination and probably mri.
