Simethicone dosages: Simethicone weight-based dosing: Under 10.9 kg: 20 mg orally after meals and at bedtime as needed and the maximum dose is 240 mg/day. Depending on the brand you bought, it could be a presentation of 70mg/1ml or 100mg/1ml. Unrelated case reports have been documented where simethicone was administered in conjunction with another drug.
