"5 w pregnant" ?'s: At five weeks of pregnancy, fetal development is so early the "flutters" are not from the pregnancy unless your dates of conception are in error. An ultrasound can be done to establish accurately the dates of the pregnancy, but for fetal movement to cause your symptoms, you may be farther along than "5 wks".
