I am experiencing heavy bleeding mid cycle boating and body pain. i am not and have not been pregnant, i changed birth control 3 months ago, but until now have had no spotting or bleeding unless on my period. no other normal period side effects?

"Heavy bleeding" ?'s: Heavy vaginal bleeding needs evaluation by a gyn physician. If your birth control is oral bcp's, it is unusual for the bleeding to be heavy. so get an appointment with your gyn for an exam and a serum HCG test. If not on oral bcp's, this kind of bleeding can be a pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic) , which needs immediate attention.
