I took the pills of birth control for 1years ,and i stopped the last pill in the mid of cycle ,and i get my period after 1 week . now , i want to get pregnant how can i do ?

The usual way...: Meet someone nice, date a while, get engaged, get married, relax, start having sex once or twice a day during the fertile days, and hopefully get pregnant soon. Fertile days are about days 10-15 in a 28-day cycle. Of course, if a couple has sex every one or two days throughout the month, they don't have to think about fertile days. Pregnancy should happen within 1 to 10 months.
