Almost every hospita: The first would be regret of getting vasectomy. Long term consequences are unusual one would be chronic scrotal pain. Usually there are less adverse effect with the non scalpe procedure. Remember that the infertility is not immediate. There is no convincing evidence to associate this procedure with testicular or prostatic cancer. So far its a safe procedure with minimum side effects.
