I have been consipated and had to strain. i noticed a very small drop of brown blood that came from my vaginal. im due for period in 7 days. could the straining pushed out older blood? it only happened once. thank you . not pregnant

Possibly: irritation of adjacent tissues, vaginal or cervix, could be source of bleeding. If continues a check up, possible pap smear, with your doctor to be sure of source is appropriate.
