Blood: TIBC is Total Iron-Binding Capacity and measures all available proteins binding iron (normal 250-460 mcg/dL) UIBC is The unsaturated iron not being carried by transferrin (main protein that transfers iron) TIBC equals UIBC plus serum iron Iron: normal 60 to 160 mcg/dL Iron saturation: serum iron divided by TIBC I do not know about PCOS, but seems you may be low on iron. Blood count?
